The hotel's location is in a quiet area, making it perfect for a peaceful retreat. the rooms are on the right place, offering a stunning view of the beach side. the facilities are clean and comfortable, with large balconies and windows providing ample light and fresh air.
The service can be improved as it seems to be run by a single person resulting in slow service.

Great view, helpful staff & easy access to city
Had a fantastic city stay with breathtaking views! The rooftop is perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. The staff were always more than willing to help with any queries or needs, and made our stay that much easier. Being located close to the central road made it a breeze to get around and explore the city. it was a delightful stay with a lot of value for money.
Although the hotel amenities were enjoyable, the room had quite a bit of dust and was not as clean as expected. It could benefit from a bit of renovation and maintenance.

I spent easter at a hotel near Rawai beach and it was an enjoyable experience. the rooms were clean and the location, a little off the main road, was very peaceful for sleeping. the hotel manager spoke good English and the view from my balcony was breathtaking. the fact that the hotel was close to the central road and walking distance from the Sea Shell museum was also a plus.
The room was not as clean as I had expected and could definitely use some improvement in this area.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the location in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Additionally, it was on the right place on the main road, which made it easy for us to access various attractions. The hotel facilities were great and we enjoyed the lovely staff who were helpful and nice. Breakfast was also good and provided a variety of options. we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to others.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
